« I have to say that this was probably the friendliest front desk staff in the afternoon and evening I’ve ever met. They were so accommodating and helpful and the cleaners were just constantly working on details for what I feel is kind of a budget hotel they really did a good job. The beds were comfy. The sheets were clean. The room was clean. The only downside is they only serve breakfast and there’s no bar. »

« We had the best weekend trip in Asheville! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Will, Nick, Colin, and Judy checked on us daily via text message, which I thought was such a thoughtful and personal touch! Parking was also very convenient and located just steps away from the hotel entrance, which made coming and going super easy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing from the moment I arrived. The valet area was so congested that I had to find public parking on my own, and check-in was delayed by about an hour and a half. When I finally received my room, it had one king bed instead of the two queens I had reserved.
